An email is automatically sent to members on the anniversary of the date they were registered on KnowledgeShare, to ensure that they know what data the system holds about them. The email appears to come from the named LKS Administrator.
The email content is controlled by a system-level template. To ensure the wording complies with GDPR, custom templates are not currently supported (although a country-level version is under development to allow for differences between England and Wales).
