How do I update results that import as Unknown Source?

If KnowledgeShare does not detect any source data for an uploaded RIS file, it will import the results as ‘Unknown Source’.

You can change this manually by deleting Unknown Source from the text box and replacing it with the correct source name. A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select the source name you need. You can also enter your own if the correct source name is not listed.

We recommend you do this as soon as the sources table appears after importing a file. This will help keep track if you import multiple RIS files, as further results may be assigned to Unknown Source later.
