Why do some members show as getting 0 notifications in our stats?

If your evidence update stats are showing that some members have received 0 updates during the period covered by the report, it might be because they have only just been added, or because there were no matching resources due to niche interests. 


If the member is not brand new, it's worth checking their categories to see if anything can usefully be amended.  


You could also check that the frequency is not set to 'Never'.
