Why is a Member showing as not eligible for a Skills session?

There are two reasons why you may see the ‘not eligible’ message next to a member’s name when you try to book them onto a Skills session:


1. The session has been set up with attendance restrictions relating to either Organisation and Division, or Job Group and Role, or both. Check the session restrictions are correct. 

If they are correct, check that the Member’s record matches these categories. Update their details if necessary.



2. The session is not set to Bookable. Make a session Bookable by ticking the checkbox.
