Changing the default format for saving a downloaded search report

When you download a completed evidence search, it opens as a Word document which you can edit. However, when you have finished editing and click Save, the default save format is given as Web Page (*htm, *html).



The fix for this is to change the format in the dialogue box to Word (*.docx) or PDF (*.pdf).



Both these formats preserve internal and external links. Word format additionally preserves the ability to jump between sections via the Navigation Pane.
