FIXED - Certificates are not delivered after Skills sessions

Update: This bug was fixed on Thursday 18 September, but please submit a ticket if you have seen a recurrence of this issue.


There is a known bug preventing certificates and post-session materials sending successfully from within the system.


This is a high priority ticket with our developers, but for now the workaround is to save and send your certificates and handouts manually to each attendee.


Do not attempt to send certificates through the system until we have confirmed it is working again, as the failed process may slow down other pages for you.
